The glamorous suite and each of the five chic rooms at Dock House have been individually decorated and imbued with a unique and understated Victorian elegance, juxtaposed with lush contemporary style and comfort.

Attention to detail is the order of the day with each room equipped with an en-suite designer bathroom, a stylish open bar, plasma-screen television, satellite decoder and free high-speed wireless internet connection.

the ONEwellness spa

‘ONEwellness’ Spa is located in the Dock House annex adjacent to Dock House and offers guests sophisticated gym facilities with panoramic harbour and mountain vistas, as well as secluded treatment rooms for personalised pampering.

The Tylarium us a steam sauna variation on traditional sauna bathing with a much higher humidity (up to 70%).

A full range of Skincare, Body and Essential Care and Traditional Touch Therapies are also on offer, including Spa Experience packages. Pevonia is the product of choice and is known for its advance manufacturing, unsurpassed formulations an outstanding results for both men and women.

Adjacent to the treatment rooms is the ONEwellness Fitness Centre with its state-of-the-art Technogym equipment and the revolutionary Kinesis training system, with a Fitness Instructor on duty. A range of comprehensive Wellness assessments are available too, including health risk and body composition analysis.

ONEwellness Dock House is open daily between 06:00 and 22:00. Resident guests of Dock House as well as those of the V&A Hotel may use their room key cards to access the facility 24 hours.
