There are 60 comfortable rooms all ensuite and with TV.

Food

The diet focuses on cleansing the system and giving the body a respite from modern day living. Your choice of meals is either the balanced vegetarian salad buffet or a detoxyfying and cleansing fruit diet.

Spa

The staff at the Hydro includes medical doctors, registered nurses, therapists and exercise consultants. Psychological counselling and chiropractic treatment are unique features of the spa. Daily treatments include 40-minute body massage, hydrotherapy, natural cleansing sauna and steam bath, all aimed at health promotion and disease prevention. Lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, thalassotherapy, shiatsu, reflexology, back clinic and podiatry are practised. Special programmes can be taken for mothers-to-be, anti-stress, makeover, anti-cellulite and health and beauty,

Guests are encouraged to attend the organised forest walk, exercise, lecture and workshop sessions. There is a private pool area for sunbathing and relaxation, gymnasium, boutique and health shop. Excursions are offered through out the week to the surrounding area around Stellenbosch including the Winelands and Cape Town.
